The Board of Trustees consists of three members and is chaired by Dr. Michael-Robert Waldeck. The Trustees give of their time and professional expertise in steering the direction of the Trust and it is supported by an Executive Committee and Advisory Board, the members of which have a wealth of experience within various spheres of society. The Semonkong Hospital Trust is a subsidiary entity of Verto Group.
The Trust has recruited and appointed 12 sought-after professional consultant firms for the design and construction phase of the hospital project.
